At Advanced 1 level the candidate demonstrates excellent basic technique and hyungs

 

Ho Sin Sul becomes more fluid and natural.
Free Fighting shows good spirit with more advanced combinations.

 

Very young, older members or those with a disability can elect for an alternative breaking technique. Impact Technique is into Air Shield or Focus Pad. Basic and Naihanchi Kup So sequence provides the student with an introduction to vital point strikes and application.

 

Blue belt changing to red signifies the maturity of late Summer. Red is for energy and fire.
